Activating the Xfinity Stream Beta App on Roku<\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. Open the app from the Xfinity Channel in the Roku Channel Store and choose\u00a0Sign In<\/strong>.
    \nNote:<\/strong>\u00a0You can find the Channel Store on the home screen of any Roku device by going to the \u201cStreaming Channels\u201d section in the left-hand menu.

  2. You\u2019ll see the Activation Code screen on your Roku or Roku-connected device. Go to\u00a0xfinity.com\/authorize<\/a>\u00a0from another device (like a mobile phone, tablet or desktop – not from your Roku).

  3. From the web browser, enter the six-digit code provided from the Roku device.

    Note:<\/strong>\u00a0If you are experiencing issues activating the Xfinity Stream Beta app on Roku and have two or more linked Xfinity accounts, you may receive the following message: “Welcome! This device can only access Xfinity Stream on your in-home Xfinity WiFi. Use the app on your smartphone, tablet or laptop to watch on the go any time you like. Error TVAPP-00101.”<\/p>\n

    How to Activate Your Xfinity Self-Install Kit Devices using an App<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    If you\u2019re activating Xfinity xFi Pods or an Xfinity xFi Gateway (with the exception of the xFi Fiber Gateway, Arris X5001), you can use the Xfinity xFi app for easy activation. After setup, you can use the app for management of your home network<\/p>\n

    To determine the type of Gateway you have, check the make and model information located on the bottom of your device. You can also sign in to My Account and select Devices<\/p>\n
