Activate your Amaysim:<\/span> To activate your SIM, download the free\u00a0amaysim app<\/a>. Once you’ve opened the app, select\u00a0Activate new SIM\u00a0<\/strong>and either scan the barcode of your SIM, or manually enter your 13-digit SIM number.<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n

Once you’ve received your SIM, simply log in to\u00a0My amaysim\u00a0with your amaysim number and password and click\u00a0Get Started\u00a0<\/strong>to begin the transfer process.<\/p>\n

In order to protect our customers from unauthorised ports, an additional identity verification process is used to verify the identity of the person making a porting request, prior to the mobile service number being ported. You’ll need to authorise the number transfer by entering a six-digit code which will be sent to your number via SMS.<\/p>\n

Please keep your phone handy and leave your original SIM in your phone, as the transfer will only kick-off after the code has been successfully verified.<\/p>\n

Most transfers are completed within a few hours, or by the end of the following business day. During the transfer, you can continue to use your current provider’s SIM.<\/p>\n

Please remember to\u00a0keep your number active<\/strong>\u00a0with your existing provider until the transfer has been completed.<\/p>\n

Activate your Amaysim<\/span><\/h2>\n

To activate your SIM, download the free\u00a0amaysim app<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Once you’ve opened the app, select\u00a0Activate new SIM\u00a0<\/strong>and either scan the barcode of your SIM, or manually enter your 13-digit SIM number.<\/p>\n

Alternatively, you can activate your SIM online through our\u00a0activation page<\/a>. Once here, enter your 13-digit SIM number and follow the steps on screen to complete your activation.<\/p>\n

During the activation process, you’ll need to provide a few of your personal details and select your chosen\u00a0mobile plan<\/a>\u00a0(If you haven’t done so already).<\/p>\n
