Youtube Autoplay Keeps Turning On : Learn How to Turn Auto-Play Off<\/span><\/h2>\n

The auto-play feature on YouTube enables a ‘lean back’ experience and keeps videos playing without you having to select a new video when the video that you’re watching finishes.<\/p>\n

You can choose to turn off the auto-play feature at any time using the toggle option available on the watch page<\/p>\n

The Autoplay feature on YouTube makes it easier to decide what to watch next. When Autoplay is on, another related video will automatically play after a video ends.<\/p>\n

Keep in mind:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • For users aged 13-17 on YouTube, Autoplay is turned\u00a0off<\/strong>\u00a0by default. If you\u2019re 18 or over, Autoplay is turned\u00a0on<\/strong>\u00a0by default.\u00a0All users can change their Autoplay settings.<\/li>\n
  • You can have different Autoplay settings for different devices. For example, you can set Autoplay\u00a0to be “On<\/strong>” in the YouTube app on your mobile device, but\u00a0set it to “Off<\/strong>” when watching YouTube on your computer.<\/li>\n
  • If you’re connected to a mobile network, Autoplay will stop automatically if you’ve\u00a0been inactive for 30 minutes. If you’re on Wi-Fi, Autoplay will stop automatically after 4 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          If you\u2019ve connected your TV to your phone or tablet, you can use your device to control Autoplay.<\/p>\n

          1. Connect your mobile device to your TV device and pick a video to play.<\/li>\n
          2. To expand your queue and view\u00a0your Autoplay settings, tap the control bar at the bottom of the screen.<\/li>\n
