Through the ACCESS Florida web application and MyACCESS Account, users have constant access to their public assistance information.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"coh-lazy-loading aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/myflfamilies.com\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/large\/public\/2022-10\/ebt-old.jpg?itok=sW6Nbh9t\" alt=\"Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Card\" width=\"243\" height=\"153\" data-was-processed=\"true\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"coh-wysiwyg ssa-component coh-component ssa-component-instance-b97cd527-4521-463e-a5c7-671c173bebaa coh-component-instance-b97cd527-4521-463e-a5c7-671c173bebaa   ssa-instance-78037b5c4e0b4691e0fc2afb51fe540b coh-ce-cpt_text-5e862c2f\">\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">EBT Card Issuance<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>First time benefit recipients will be mailed an EBT card with instructions on use.<\/li>\n<li>If you received benefits in the past 25 months and still have your EBT card, you can still use that card.<\/li>\n<li>If you are reapplying for benefits and no longer have your EBT card or your card has expired, please contact EBT customer service at 1-888-356-3281 for a replacement. \u00a0You may call EBT Customer Service at any time. \u00a0Another EBT card is not automatically mailed to you when your case is approved.<\/li>\n<li>Your EBT Card will arrive in 5 \u2013 7 business days<\/li>\n<li>If your card has been cancelled or has expired it cannot be used and will need to be replaced.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"coh-wysiwyg ssa-component coh-component ssa-component-instance-b1c5ccb9-55e1-40c7-a407-ec64e1dbab32 coh-component-instance-b1c5ccb9-55e1-40c7-a407-ec64e1dbab32  coh-style-margin-bottom-small ssa-instance-c18a41bf37cc30fcf83e2fdbef0408ed coh-ce-cpt_text-5e862c2f\">\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Using your Card<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You can use your EBT card at locations that display the QUEST logo\u00a0\u00a0and supported remarks such as \u201cEBT Accepted Here\u201d\n<div class=\"align-right\">\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"coh-lazy-loading\" src=\"https:\/\/myflfamilies.com\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/large\/public\/2023-03\/questSM.jpg?itok=voIOXbZg\" alt=\"Quest\" width=\"58\" height=\"33\" data-was-processed=\"true\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Sales tax cannot be charged on items bought with SNAP benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Cash benefits can be withdrawn at ATM\u2019s displaying the Quest Logo\n<div class=\"align-right\">\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"coh-lazy-loading\" src=\"https:\/\/myflfamilies.com\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/large\/public\/2023-03\/questSM.jpg?itok=voIOXbZg\" alt=\"Quest\" width=\"58\" height=\"33\" data-was-processed=\"true\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Cash Benefits can be withdrawn with no ATM fees at the below locations:<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Bank of America<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Chase<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Citibank<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Bank of West<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Capital One<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Flagstar Bank<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Presto<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0S Bank<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Wells Fargo<\/li>\n<li>Items can be purchased with cash and cash back with a purchase is allowed where available.<\/li>\n<li>Cash benefits cannot be used outside of the State of Florida for more than 30 days<\/li>\n<li>Food Assistance can be used in all 50 states<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Trafficking in Benefits is ILLEGAL!<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you are convicted of trafficking in food assistance benefits of $500 or more, you will be disqualified permanently. Trafficking of food assistance includes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Buying, selling, stealing, or exchanging benefits for cash;<\/li>\n<li>Exchanging firearms, ammunition, explosives, or illegal drugs for benefits;<\/li>\n<li>Buying sodas, water, or other items in a container to get the cash deposit;<\/li>\n<li>Buying an item with food assistance and then purposely selling the item for cash; and<\/li>\n<li>Trading cash for items paid for with food assistance benefits. \u00a0If you are convicted of these acts, depending on the severity, you may be fined up to $250,000, imprisoned for up to 20 years, or both.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Checking Your Balance<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The best way to know your balance(s) is to refer to your last receipt. You may also obtain your balance by logging on to the\u00a0<a title=\"opens into a new browser window\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ebtedge.com\/gov\/portal\/CardholderLogon.do?stCode=FL&amp;first=true&amp;url=FL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EBT Cardholder Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Or by calling the EBT Customer Service number (1-888-356-3281) on the back of your card.
