SpeedTalk Mobile is one of the leading providers of cellular technology in the U.S. We provide a variety of flexible wireless plans for cell phones and IoT devices like alarm systems, GPS trackers, and smartwatches. At the moment, SpeedTalk Mobile only sells wireless service plans. We do not currently sell any type of device.<\/p>\n

SpeedTalk Mobile works as a subscription-based wireless service for most of our plan options. This allows us to operate as a no credit check\/no-contract service. If you are looking for a one month only plan, you will have the option to turn off the auto-renewal subscription and if you are enrolled to the auto-renewal subscription you will be able to cancel at any time. The subscription program is only for our 30- & 60-day plans. Our 180-day & full year plans are excluded from this feature.<\/p>\n

How do I cancel my speed Talk subscription?<\/span><\/h2>\n

If your plan is suspended, you may be out of minutes. If you are out of minutes, simply add minutes to your account to restore service. SpeedTalk offers a 30-day grace period to refill your plan for no additional service fee. Simply log in to your account to refill. However, if your account is disconnected for more than the 30-day grace period, a $10 service fee will apply to attempt to reconnect a line. If your account remains disconnected for an additional 30 days, we will consider your account closed and your number will be lost.<\/p>\n

When you sign up to a subscription-based wireless service like SpeedTalk Mobile, you do not have to commit to a service that you are not sure will work for you. You are able to cancel at any time without penalties or hidden fees. With a contract, you are committed to keeping your service for an extended period of time on which you have agreed upon with your service provider.<\/p>\n

Being stuck with a service that you may not like or that does not work for you can be frustrating and breaking a contract can result in penalties and hidden fees from your carrier. SpeedTalk Mobile chooses to be a subscription-based service because we believe our customers should be able to get a wireless plan without a credit check or committing to a multi-year contract.<\/p>\n

Will my Apple iPhone work with SpeedTalk Mobile?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

iPhone models 6 and newer are considered universal phones and can be used with SpeedTalk Mobile wireless service plans. With older iPhone models, we need to make sure your phone works with our GSM-T network which means you need to know where your phone was obtained from. Only GSM based iPhones will work on our network (iPhone obtained from T-Mobile, unlocked AT&T iPhone, or any unlocked GSM iPhones are compatible).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Where do I get a SIM card?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

The only way to acquire a SIM card from SpeedTalk Mobile is by purchasing a plan from SpeedTalk Mobile directly. We only provide SIM cards through the GSM-T network. Check our GSM-T coverage map to verify there is coverage where you will be using your phone or device regularly. Our IoT plans, such as our Alarm System, Smartwatch and GPS Trackers, also work through the GSM-T network.<\/span><\/div>\n

Activate your Speedtalk Mobile SIM<\/span><\/h2>\n

\u2022 To begin, go to speedtalkmobile.com\/activate on the official Speedtalk website.<\/p>\n

\u2022 After that, click ‘Activate’ in the upper right corner<\/p>\n

\u2022 Once you’ve turned the SIM card over, you’ll be able to see the numbers below the bar code. You will be redirected to a new page where you must enter these numbers. Keep in mind that you are not required to type in the alphabet<\/p>\n

\u2022 Then click ‘Continue’<\/p>\n

\u2022 To demonstrate that you are not a robot, you must now perform a simple addition calculation<\/p>\n

\u2022 Enter your email address and choose ‘Get a PIN’ to proceed to the next page.<\/p>\n
