Refer to the equipment icons to know\u00a0which\u00a0type of equipment each program is built for.<\/li>\n<li>Once you find a program that you\u2019re interested in, click Join.<\/li>\n<li>A pop-up will appear for you to schedule the date that you want to start the program. After you\u2019ve picked a date, click Join. If\u00a0you don\u2019t select a date, the program will automatically schedule starting on the next available day.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you\u2019re using the\u00a0master program list, simply click on the link to the program you\u2019re interested in, then click Join to schedule.<\/p>\n<h3>You can also schedule your work directly from your machine or app by following these steps:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Log into your iFIT machine or the iFIT App<\/li>\n<li>Tap Browse at the bottom of your screen to view the complete workout library. Once you\u2019ve found the workout you want to complete, select it, then tap the calendar icon in the top right.<\/li>\n<li>A pop-up will appear for you to schedule the date that you want to start the program.
