Use the steps on this page to fix the following problems on your phone:<\/p>\n

  • Won\u2019t turn on<\/li>\n
  • Has a black or blank screen<\/li>\n
  • Turns on but immediately turns off<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    Hold the power button<\/span><\/h2>\n

    First, try holding down your phone’s power button for 5-7 seconds. This usually restarts a phone.<\/p>\n

    Troubleshoot your cable, charger, outlet & case<\/span><\/h2>\n

    1. Check that your cable and charger are working.\n

      1. Try them with another device.<\/li>\n
      2. Check that the cable is securely connected to the charger and to your phone.<\/li>\n
      3. Check that there’s nothing in the port of your phone, like dust or lint.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      4. Check that your outlet is working.\n

        2. Plug in something else, like a lamp.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
