Login : Download the Vaccine Certificate PDF<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Vaccination Certificate system is only accessible to the individuals who have received the COVID 19 Vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>Before you start you will need to have the following with you:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Your RSA ID Number or Foreign Passport number or Asylum or Refugee number. (Note this should be the same ID document number you presented when you got vaccinated )<\/li>\n<li>The cell phone with the number you included on your registration.<\/li>\n<li>Your vaccination code from the sms you received post vaccination.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Go to : https:\/\/vaccine.certificate.health.gov.za\/<\/h3>\n<p>You must enter all the required details correctly.<\/p>\n<p>If one of the fields entered is wrong, the system will return an error message including \u201cdetails not found\u201d. The first step is completing a digital enrolment form with the following personal details: Name and surname, Date of birth, Gender, Email address, cell phone number and place of work or residence.<\/p>\n<p>You will receive an SMS confirming that you are registered and in the queue to be scheduled for your vaccine. When it is your turn to be vaccinated, the system will send you an SMS with a date and the place where you will be vaccinated.
