They began microfinance operations in 2006. As of September 30, 2020, they represented approximately 2.21 million borrowers in 17 states. They included twelve of India&#8217;s fourteen low-income states. As of that date, their microfinance branch network included 710 locations in 11 states, while our MSME lending branch network included ten locations in eight states. They offer a diverse range of goods to financially disadvantaged consumers.<\/p>\n<p>They are working to strengthen our customer sourcing networks, to maintain established loan origination, credit underwriting, and loan management processes, and to implement and integrate technology in order to improve lending outcomes and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Arohan Financial Services IPO Details<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Arohan Financial Services, a microfinance lender based in Kolkata, filed a draught red herring prospectus for its initial public offering with the capital market regulator, Sebi, on February 14. The offering comprises a new issue of Rs 850 crore and the sale of 2,70,55,893 equity shares.<\/p>\n<p>The company intends to raise Rs 150 crore via a pre-IPO placement, according to the DHHP. If the company conducts a pre-IPO, the size of the company&#8217;s new problem will be reduced.
