Who must register?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

All people who are 18 years and older and who intend to be vaccinated must enroll on the Electronic Vaccination Data System (EVDS)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

All Healthcare professionals (public & private) and employees in the public health sector (on the PERSAL system) must enroll on the Electronic Vaccination Data System (EVDS) through\u00a0https:\/\/bookings.v4hcw.co.za\/vax\/<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What will the information be used for?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n
\n

Information submitted during registration will be used to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Identify eligible vaccination beneficiaries<\/li>\n
  • Plan supply of vaccines and ancillary items<\/li>\n
  • Allocate beneficiaries to their nearest available service point<\/li>\n
  • Communicate with enrolled individuals about the vaccination program, including but not limited to:\n
      \n
    • eligibility<\/li>\n
    • when and where they will be vaccinated<\/li>\n
    • follow-up vaccination appointments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
