The &#8220;Deliver to Device&#8221; Workaround (Best Fix)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">When the Kindle device itself fails to &#8220;pull&#8221; the book, you can force the Amazon website to &#8220;push&#8221; it.
