It\u2019s a common headache for users in India dealing with Class 3 Digital Signatures.<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"1\">Since this error usually stems from a local port blockage or a Java conflict, here is the technical checklist to get it reconnected.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"2\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">1. The &#8220;Whitelisting&#8221; Fix (Most Effective)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">The e-Signer utility runs on a local websocket (usually port <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"61\">1585<\/b>, <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"67\">2021<\/b>, or <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"76\">5510<\/b>).
