To activate your Vanilla Visa gift card,
1. Online:
- Visit the Vanilla Gift Card website: https://balance.vanillagift.com/
- Click on “Activate Your Card.”
- Enter the 16-digit card number, expiration date, and the 3-digit CVV code (found on the back of the card).
- Follow any additional prompts to complete the activation process.
2. By Phone:
- Call the toll-free number printed on the back of your card. It’s usually 1-833-322-6760.
- Follow the automated prompts to enter your card information and activate the card.

1. Be sure to know your balance before you shop. Check your balance at https://balance.VanillaGift.com or call 1-833-322-6760. To use your Gift Card along with another form of payment, just tell the cashier how much you want to apply to each payment type.
