There are a few ways to check the balance of your Vanilla gift card:
1. Online:

- Visit the Vanilla Gift Card website: https://balance.vanillagift.com/
- Enter your 16-digit card number, expiration date, and CVV (the 3-digit code on the back of the card).
- Click “Continue” to view your balance.
2. Over the Phone:

- Call the toll-free number: 1-833-322-6760 (This number is also usually printed on the back of the card).
- Follow the automated prompts to enter your card information.
- The system will then provide your balance.
The funds on your Vanilla gift card do not expire, even though the card itself has an expiration date. If you have any issues checking your balance, you can contact Vanilla customer service for assistance.
How do I activate my Gift Card?
If your Gift Card was purchased at VanillaGift.com, in most cases, the Card is ready for use immediately. You can also activate your Gift Card and check the balance at https://balance.VanillaGift.com in any amount between $20 or by calling the toll-free number listed on the back of your Card. You will need to provide your Card number, valid thru date, and security code located on the back of your Card.
In the event that your Gift Card is lost or stolen, please sign your name on the back and keep the following information handy: Details on how to contact customer service, including a phone number, a 4-digit Card Identification Code from the front of the card, and a 3-digit security code from the back of the card.
