UKG Pro Login Company Access Code

The Company Access Code for UKG Pro is a unique code set up by your organization. It ensures a secure connection to your data. You’ll need to enter this code before signing in with your username and password.

If you don’t have it, ask a co-worker, manager, or administrator for assistance. To clear a saved access code, tap the current code on the bottom of the login screen. If you’re setting up the UKG Pro mobile app, the company access code is created by an HR/System Admin and cannot be changed once set. It’s used on the first screen of the app to link the tenant and the app.

How do I reset my access code?

To reset your UKG Pro access code, follow these steps:

  1. Contact your HR or System Administrator: Reach out to your organization’s HR or system admin. They can assist you with resetting the access code.
  2. Log in to UKG Pro: Once you have the new access code, log in to UKG Pro using your username and password.

Remember that the access code is specific to your organization, so only your admin can provide a new one.

Can’t Login to UltiPro from Home on PC?

Login to UltiPro is very easy and can be done by sitting right at your home.

So, if you need to access UKG Pro / UltiPro but are unable to do so from your home computer, follow the procedures outlined below to complete the task quickly and efficiently.

1. Open your computer browser and navigate to the UltiPro website URL (https://e13.ultipro.com/Login.aspx) to get started. – Even if it doesn’t work, try finding an appropriate URL from the list below:

2) Here you will see the option of UltiPro sign in. (You will see above mentioned image screen)

3) Now, simply enter your UltiPro user name and password

4) After you are done entering your credentials, simply click on “Sign in” button

And you are done! Now you will be logged in to your UltiPro account.

Old User Login Instructions

If this is not your first time signing in to Ultipro do this:

Select one of log in pages mentioned above or go to your HCM’s access page.

Enter your username and password.

Click “Log in”.

Forgot Your Password? No Problem!

If you forgot or lost your Ultipro password do this:

Go to any of the available login pages and click on “Forgot your password?”.

Enter User Name, click “Go”, and follow the instructions.

Steps for Mobile browser users:

  1. First open your mobile browser and go to Ultipro’s mobile login, or you can simply go to https://e13.ultipro.com/mobile/app/pages/login.aspx
  2. Here you will see the option of UltiPro sign in.
  3. Now enter your UltiPro username and password.
  4. Next click on “Log in” button and you will be able to access your account.

After resetting your password, you can go back to the sign in page to access your account using your new login password.
