Tyson Foods • Chief Financial Officer • John H Tyson Arrested
A preliminary arrest report states that on Sunday, November 6, at at 2:05 a.m., Tyson, 32, was discovered dozing off in a woman’s bed at her residence at 445 N Mock Ave. When the woman arrived and discovered Tyson, whom she did not know, she dialled 911.
She informed the dispatchers that she thought the front door had been left unlocked, which is how he entered. When they arrived, officers discovered Tyson in the back bedroom with his clothes spread out in front of the bed and used his driver’s licence to identify him.
Tyson was unable to answer vocally when police came and made an attempt to wake him up before falling back asleep.
According to the police report, his motions were “sluggish and clumsy,” and his breath smelled strongly of alcohol.
He was taken into custody by the Washington County Detention Center and then released on Sunday night after being charged with criminal trespass and public intoxication.
On October 2, Tyson was appointed CFO and executive VP.
His breath and body had a stench of alcohol, according to the report, and his movements seemed slow and disorganised.
Tyson was detained at the Washington County Detention Center after being arrested for Criminal Trespass and Public Intoxication. He was freed on Sunday night.
Tyson, who also holds the role of executive vice president, was appointed CFO on October 2. He is the son of John H. Tyson, chairman of the Tyson board.
