You can check your credit eligibility by accessing the Zip Code Locator.
- Go to TVPromise.com.
- Select your TV service from the drop-down.
- Enter your Zip Code.
- Click the Search button.
Note: If there is no content blackout in your area, you will not qualify for a blackout credit. - If you qualify for a blackout credit, website instructions will guide you through the process of claiming your credit.
