Please log in TIAA Bank using your VPN user name and password at tiaa.com. (Mobile access is not yet available for TIAA bank. Internal access is available when you are logged into the network.)

How do I register for online access?

  1. Go to tiaa.org.
  2. Select REGISTER located at the very top right of the page.
  3. Follow the onscreen step-by-step instructions to obtain a user ID and password.

IMPORTANT! There’s one final step to complete your registration. At the bottom of the “Welcome” page, select Log in. For security reasons, this one time only, you’ll be asked a few questions to verify your identity.
Please note that you’ll need your Social Security number to complete your registration.

Once you’ve completed the identity verification steps, you’re all set to manage your TIAA accounts online.

Going forward, just log into your account at tiaa.org.

Your contract number is either your TIAA number, your CREF number or your TIAA Mutual Fund Account number. These can be found in two places: your enrollment or mutual fund account confirmation documents or your quarterly statements.

  2. Type “TIAA” into the Search bar. Choose the app called TIAA and tap GET, then INSTALL.
  3. You may have to enter you Apple ID password. When the download is complete, open the TIAA app. You’re ready to go!
