- New number: If you want a new Sky Mobile number, select the “Don’t have a PAC or STAC” option.
- Keep your number (PAC): If you want to keep your existing phone number, you’ll need a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from your old provider. Text “PAC” to 65075 to get it. Then, on the Sky activation page, choose “Activate with a PAC” and enter your code.
- Cancel your old number (STAC): If you want to cancel your old number and get a new one with Sky, you’ll need a STAC (Service Termination Authorisation Code) from your old provider. Text “STAC” to 75075 to get it. Then, on the Sky activation page, choose “Activate with a STAC” and enter your code.
Insert your SIM: Once you’ve completed the online steps, insert your new Sky SIM into your phone.
Wait for activation: It usually takes a few minutes for your SIM to activate. You’ll receive a text message when it’s ready.
