Sims 4 Free Real Estate Cheat Codes
You’re looking to live that lavish Sim life without the pesky need for Simoleons. Here’s how to get free real estate in The Sims 4:
1. Enable Cheats
First, you need to open the cheat console. Here’s how, depending on your platform:
- PC: Press Ctrl + Shift + C
- Mac: Press Command + Shift + C
- Xbox One: Press and hold LT + RT + LB + RB at the same time
- PlayStation 4: Press and hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 at the same time
A small text box will appear at the top left corner of your screen. Type in testingcheats true or testingcheats on and press Enter. You’ll see a message confirming that cheats are enabled.
2. Use the “Free Real Estate” Cheat
Now, type in freerealestate on in the cheat console and press Enter.
3. Move Your Sims In!
When you go to the world map to choose a lot, all the available houses will now have a green outline, meaning they’re free! Pick your dream home and move your Sims in without spending a single Simoleon.
To turn off the cheat, simply open the cheat console again and type in freerealestate off.
