1. Go to www.simplemobile.com/activate.
2. You may also activate using the SIMPLE Mobile Automated Assistant, just select “Activate Now” .
3. Select “ACTIVATE” from our website and follow the instructions to Activate your Simple Mobile.
4. Simply go to our website at www.simplemobile.com/activate and select “ACTIVATE” from the options provided.
5. Select the type of device are you going to activate – I Have a Simple Mobile Phone or I’m Bringing My Own Smartphone or I Have Other Devices
6. Now Press Continue by selecting the right option.
7. Enter your device’s IMEI/MEID/Serial Number and accept the Terms and Conditions. (You can find the IMEI/MEID/Serial Number on the red Activation card that came with the device)
8. Now select the Plan you want to use and Press Continue.
9. Now enter your Device details.
10. Finalize the process and select Activate.
11. The Phone will be activated. In most areas, your service will be Active instantly. In some other areas, it may take up to 24 hours.

How can I activate my eSIM with Simple Mobile?
To activate your eSIM, go to https://www.simplemobile.com/activation and follow the instructions.
Keep in mind that you will need the following available at the time of activation.
- Your phone’s Digital SIM IMEI.
- If you have an iPhone 15, provide the Digital SIM IMEI or IMEI2
- If you have an iPhone 14, provide the Digital SIM IMEI or IMEI2
- If you have an iPhone 12, provide the Digital IMEI2
- If you have a Simple Mobile-branded iPhone 13, or eSIM-capable SE, provide your Digital IMEI2.
- If you bring your own iPhone 13 or SE, provide the Digital IMEI or IMEI2.
- Your phone, with the battery charged to at least 50%.
- Data connection (Wi-Fi or cellular through the phone’s physical SIM or available IMEI).
If you have an iPhone 14 or iPhone 15 and Wi-Fi isn’t available, you can continue without it if prompted.
