Realme X7 Max 5G smartphone is launching in India on May 31. Realme has been teasing its upcoming phone ahead of the launch.
Flipkart has a microsite for the Realme X7 Max 5G where it’s listed out the phone’s design and key specifications. The same can be found on the official Realme website as well. Realme X7 Max 5G is confirmed to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 1200 5G processor, and support dual 5G SIM. The smartphone will also feature a FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and 360Hz touch sampling rate.
When and where to watch?
Realme will be hosting its Realme X7 Max 5G launch on May 31, ie tomorrow at 12:30 PM IST. The event will have no in-person attendance due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Realme X7 Max 5G will also come with support for 50W SuperDart fast charging that is claimed to reach 50% in just 16 minutes. The smartphone’s camera details have also been revealed. It will be a triple rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary Sony IMX682 sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. Realme has also teased an esports event of Asphalt 9: Legends for the X7 Max 5G.
In terms of design, Realme X7 Max 5G has a punch-hole display with a textured glimmery rear panel. It will come in three colour options of black, silver and a pinkish finish. The phone is also said to weigh 179g and measure 8.44mm. Based on the details revealed so far, it looks like Realme X7 Max 5G will indeed be a rebranded version of the Realme GT Neo.
Realme X7 Max 5G: Specifications
Realme has already revealed a number of key specifications of its upcoming smartphone. The company has revealed that the device will sport a full-HD+ Super AMOLED display with 1,000 nits of peak brightness and 100 percent DCI-P3 wide colour gamut. It will come with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. The company has also revealed that the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC.
The Realme X7 Max 5G has a display size of 6.43 inches (16.33 cm), has a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 6.43 inches (16.33 cm) display type. It has 6.0 RAM and 128 GB internal memory. Storage capacity is also enhanced by microSD. The Realme X7 Max 5GAndroid v11 comes with a 4500mAh battery with an operating system. It has an octa-core (1×3.0 GHz Cortex-A78 & 3×2.6 GHz Cortex-A78 & 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) processor and a MediaTek MT6893 Dimensity 1200 5G (6 nm) chip. Equipped with 64.0 front camera, It has 64 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP rear camera.
The device will be offered in three colour options and will have a thickness of 8.4mm and will weigh 179 grams.
