QVC My Account Order History
You can check your order status in a couple of different way. Online using the My Account section under ‘My Orders’, select ‘Order status’, and your full order history will appear.
You can check your order history by logging into My Account on the website and selecting ‘Order status’ to view your recent orders.
You can browse the list and view the order status next to each order or search the list by a specific item or order number.
If your order is being delivered by Evri, you will receive an email when it is dispatched to track your order online.
You can also call our automated Quick Check service on Freephone 0800 53 43 33 to review the status of a new or returned order or your Easy Pay installment plans. You can select to hear your most recent order or enter a specific item or order number for more details.
What should I do if I forget my PIN?
You can request a new PIN by contacting our Customer Care team on 0800 197 5055.
A Customer Care representative will be happy to help set you up with a new QVC PIN and you will be able to use this to order via our automated ordering service Q-Cut on 0800 52 42 32.

How do I create a new password?
When you sign in to your account select ‘Account Settings’ then choose to ‘edit’ your password, be sure to press ‘Save’ after choosing a new password
If you’ve never created a QVC password before, simply enter in your 4-digit QVC PIN on the ‘Sign in’ screen and you’ll be prompted to create a password
If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry it’s easy to reset. Simply select ‘Forgotten your password?‘ and follow the instructions. You’ll be emailed a reset link to the email address you provided
What is a QVC pin?
Your QVC PIN is a 4-digit number you will need when speaking to our Customer Care Team or when using our automated Quick Check and Q-Cut services.
If you have an online account, you can set up your QVC PIN at qvcuk.com by following the steps below.
- Click ‘My Account’ and sign in to your account using your email address and password
- In ‘Settings’, click ‘Edit PIN’
- Enter a 4-digit number of your choice into the ‘New PIN’ box
- Re-enter this in the box underneath to confirm
- Click ‘Submit Changes’ to save this
