To activate Q link Wireless Account, visit the page qlinkwireless.con/members/Login.aspx and Click on Login Button. You can also manage your account by visiting qlinkwireless.com/login.

Here’s how to activate your SIM card:

1. Make Sure You Have Everything:

  • Your Q Link Wireless SIM Card Kit: This should include the SIM card itself and instructions.
  • A Compatible Phone: Q Link Wireless works with most unlocked phones. Make sure yours is compatible. If you got a phone from Q Link, you’re good to go!
  • Your Q Link Wireless Account Information: You’ll need your account number or the phone number associated with your account.

2. Install Your SIM Card:

  • Turn Off Your Phone: This is important to avoid any damage.
  • Remove Your Old SIM Card (if you have one): Use the SIM ejector tool (usually a small metal pin) to open the SIM tray.
  • Insert the Q Link Wireless SIM Card: Make sure it’s oriented correctly in the tray.
  • Turn Your Phone Back On: You should see the Q Link Wireless network name appear.

3. Activate Your SIM Card Online:

  • Enter Your Information: Follow the prompts and provide the necessary details like your phone number or account number.
  • Follow the Instructions: The website will guide you through the rest of the activation process.

4. Alternative Activation Methods:

Insert your SIM Card

The SIM Card Kit includes everything you need to install your new SIM Card.
Locate your SIM Card which may be found underneath your phone’s back cover or in a tray on the side or top panel. Use the SIM Card ejector tool included in your SIM Kit to remove your current SIM
Select the right SIM Card size to fit into your phone’s tray. Insert your new SIM Card into your phone’s SIM slot, close the tray, and turn your phone on

Configure your data with these Access Point Name (APN) Settings

Can’t connect your phone to our data network? Follow the instructions below to configure your APN settings and connect to the Q Link Wireless Network. Data Settings for Android Devices
  1. Go to Settings and locate Wi-Fi & Mobile Data & make sure both are turned ON
  2. Tap Mobile Networks.
  3. Tap Access Point Names (APN).
  4. Tap New APN or the + sign.
  5. Carefully enter the settings as shown in the fields below:
    • APN: qlink
    • MMSC: http://wholesale.mmsmvno.com/mms/wapenc
    • MCC: 310
    • MNC: 240
    • APN Type: default,supl,mms
    • APN Protocol: Select > IPv4/IPv6
  6. Tap Menu or tap the More Options icon
  7. Click Save
  8. Select QLink Wireless under Access Point Names (APN)
  9. Restart your phone, open your browser, and start using your Data.
To reset your network, you will need to go into your phone’s settings.
For Android, go to Settings & tap Reset or Network Settings. Tap Network Reset and follow the prompts.
For iPhone, go to Settings, tap General. Scroll down and tap Reset & Select Tap Network Reset Settings. Enter your iPhone password & confirm the reset.

  • Upload proof documents.
  • Check the status of an order.
  • Learn about your plan’s features.

  • Add more minutes.
  • Change your password
  • Recertify your service
