If you’re encountering Error Code 3205 on Paramount Plus, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check Your Internet Connection:

    • Ensure that your internet connection is stable. Sometimes network issues can cause streaming errors. Restart your modem if needed.
  2. Force Close and Relaunch the App:

    • Mobile Devices: Exit the Paramount Plus app, go to your device’s settings, and force quit the app. Then relaunch it.
    • TVs: Force close the app, wait for a minute, and then reopen it.
  3. Clear App Cache and Data (Android):

    • Go to your device’s Settings > App Management.
    • Find the Paramount Plus app and clear its cache and data.
    • Relaunch the app and check if the error persists.
  4. Reinstall the Paramount Plus App:

    • Log out of your Paramount Plus account.
    • Reinstall the app.

  • Your firewall restrictions may be blocking paramountplus.com. Ensure that you have no firewall restrictions
  • Check your antivirus software to ensure you have paramountplus.com whitelisted or allowed.

  • Click the “OK” button on the error page. You’ll be routed to the previous page, and this may clear the error. Try to play the video again.
  • OR, try closing the Paramount+ app and reopening it to refresh the app. Now try to play the video.
