Paramount Plus Error Code 3005 : Paramount Error codes 1106, 6999, 3002, 3005, 6290, 6310

If you encounter with Paramount Plus Error Code 3005, Click the “OK” button on the error page. You’ll be routed to the previous page, and this may clear the error. Try to play the video again..

OR, try closing the Paramount+ app and reopening it to refresh the app. Now try to play the video.

Occasionally, you may need to force close the Paramount+ app to resolve streaming issues if the app freezes, or if you see a black screen or loading image when you try to watch content. Find out how to force close the app here:

iPhone X and later

  1. From the homescreen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen pausing slightly in the middle of the screen.
  2. Swipe right or left to find the Paramount+ app, then swipe up on the app’s preview to close the app

Older iPhones

  1. From the homescreen, quickly press the “Home” button twice. A list of running applications should now show on the screen.
  2. Simply swipe up on the app to close each app’s background task (this will also save battery life on your mobile device).

Apple TV

Force close the Paramount+ app
4th Generation

  1. While on the homescreen, double-click the “Home” button on the Siri Remote.
  2. Swipe up on the touch surface to force close all current apps open.

Fire TV

Force close the Paramount+ app with these steps:

  1. From the Amazon homescreen select Settings, then Applications.
  2. Select Manage Installed Applications, then click the Paramount+ app.

Click Force Stop, then Launch Application to restart your device. You can now resume streaming!

If you’re seeing any of these errors:

Code 7. You’re likely using a Chrome browser on a Windows PC. Try checking your browser for updates.

Code 14. You’re likely running Windows on your computer. Try restarting your computer, and ensure that your Windows operating system is updated.

Code 111. Your computer may have shutdown from a power failure or sudden power outage. Try restarting your computer, then relaunch your browser.

Code 404. Try closing your browser, then reopen it. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, try restarting your computer.

Code 3004. Try restarting your internet modem. Wait until you’ve established an internet connection, then relaunch the Paramount+ app.

Code  3200. May be seen on Smart TVs, Gaming Consoles, Comcast devices due to playback error. Try doing a hard restart on your device. Just unplug your device for 30 seconds, then launch the Paramount+ app.

Code 3205. Try restarting your device, then relaunch Paramount+. If this doesn’t resolve it, try restarting your internet modem. Wait until your internet connection is established, then relaunch Paramount+.
