norvado.smarthub.coop : How do I log in to my Norvado SmartHub account?
Visit www.norvado.com and hover over the CUSTOMERS menu. Select LOGIN. The direct URL address to the SmartHub login page is norvado.smarthub.coop.
You’ll be taken to the SmartHub log in page. Enter your account credentials and select Login.
If you are unable to log in, select Can’t access your account?. You will be asked to provide your account number, last name, email address and the answer to your security question associated with your Norvado account.
Once you have successfully completed the required fields, you will be able to reset your account password and access your SmartHub account.

Setting up the Apex Managed WIFI App
Once you have successfully connected your router to your internet service, the next step is to download the Apex Managed WIFI App and configure your system. The video below provides a step by step guide to downloading and setting up the app.
If you have a SmartHub Account and are signed up for paperless billing, login to your SmartHub Account here. Once logged in, in the Account Overview section you will see your Account Number or numbers if you have multiple accounts.
If neither of these are options available to you, please contact Customer Service via phone at 800-250-8927 to retrieve your Account Number.
