As an Elderplan member, you have an Over-the-Counter (OTC) benefit that allows you to get OTC products you may need. Simply order online at www.mybenefitscenter.com, call (855) 653-3175 (TTY: 711), or mail your completed order form. Your order will be shipped directly to your door.

How to Place an Order:
You have 24/7 access to your Convey Benefits OTC website, to place an order:
‣ Go to www.mybenefitscenter.com
‣ Log in by using your card number. Select the items you want and place the order. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time your order is placed.

How long will it take to receive my catalog order?
Most orders will arrive in less than 7 business days. It may take longer during peak volume periods as well as for orders that have hazardous items. If you have not received your order within 14 days please call OTC Health Solutions at 1-855-788-3466 (TTY: 711) Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 10 PM Central time

Activate your card
1. Call 1-888-682-2400 (TTY: 711) and enter your gift card number and date of birth.
2. Or visit mybenefitscenter.com to activate online.
Your card has been loaded with $15 and can be used to purchase over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and healthy products. Cards will be loaded every quarter on the first day of the quarter.
