MyHumana is a secure online portal with tools to manage your plan. Sign in or activate your account to get safe, immediate access to your plan information.
To log in or register as a Humana member, you can follow these steps:
Logging in:
- Go to the Humana website: https://www.humana.com/
- Click on the “Sign In” button located at the top right corner of the page.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click on the “Sign In” button.
Registering:
- Go to the Humana registration page: https://account.humana.com/registration
- Choose “I’m a Member” and select the “Start activation now” button.
- Select your member type and enter your ID number, date of birth, and ZIP code.
- Enable 2-factor authentication for added security.

Activate your MyHumana account
If you need to activate your account, follow these steps:
- Go to the Start your online Humana profile activation.
- Choose “I’m a Member” and select the “Start activation now” button.
- Select your member type and enter your ID number, date of birth and ZIP code.
- Enable 2-factor authentication so you can verify your identity when signing in.
- Set up your profile.
Pay your plan premium
Make a one-time premium payment or set up automatic payments. You can also manage payment information, change payment methods and see recent billing activity.
Set up your online account to sign in to MyHumana, CenterWell Pharmacy® and Go365®. You may need your member ID before getting started.
Medicare members
Pay by mail
Mail a check or money order along with the payment coupon to the billing address listed on your coupon, using the return envelopes provided. Be sure to write your billing ID, found on the coupon or billing-related letter from Humana, on your payment.
Pay by phone
Call our Customer Care department at the number listed on the back of your Humana member ID card to make a payment or sign up for auto pay.
Individual and family members
Pay by mail
Mail a check or money order to the billing address on your invoice along with the payment coupon. Be sure to write your billing ID on your payment. Your billing ID can be found on your invoice.
Pay in person
Some members have the option to pay their bill in person. If you see a barcode on your invoice with instructions to pay in person, take your paper invoice to any CVS or Dollar General store in your area. You can pay at the register with cash, credit card or debit card at no extra charge.
Pay by phone
