How can you participate? It’s easy as:
Step 1: Complete activities
Earn rewards for completing eligible activities (each activity is worth $5 to $50 in rewards).
Step 2: Let them know
Self-report after completing eligible activities on the member website or by calling Aetna.
Step 3: Enjoy rewards
Redeem your rewards for a digital or physical gift card from CVS Pharmacy®, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Best Buy and more. Receive digital gift cards within 48 hours.

• Once logged in, select your Medicare Advantage plan option to get started. Dependents will need to register for their own account.
The Aetna Medicare Advantage Healthy Rewards program replaces the Wellness Rewards program under your previous MHBP Standard Option plan. If you have questions, call us at 1-866-241-0262.
How long does it take to get a reward?
Digital gift cards are delivered to the email address on file within 48 hours. Physical gift cards will take between 2 to 6 weeks. Choose a gift card from CVS Pharmacy®, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Best Buy and more.
How many gift cards can you select?
You can select a gift card whenever your balance is not $0. You can choose to redeem after each activity completion (for example, 7 gift cards) or accumulate the max eligible amount for a single gift card.
How can you report and confirm completion of eligible activities to earn rewards?
There are 3 ways. You can:
• Log in to your member portal at Aet.na/HealthyRewards
• Return the prepaid business response card provided with your program materials.
• Call the number included in your program materials. You will need to provide a personalized code that is provided in the materials.
Check your personalized rewards center in the Aet.na/HealthyRewards member portal by clicking on the Rewards dashboard. Or click on the gift icon located on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
