Mint Moble 15GB/Plan Revue
As someone using Mint Mobile’s 15GB/month Phone Plan for a secondary phone, I would rate it as good. The service provides a decent amount of data each month, which is perfect for my secondary device needs. The three-month duration of the wireless service is also convenient, allowing me to have connectivity without committing to a long-term contract.
Mint Mobile’s affordable pricing is another positive aspect, as it helps me save money compared to traditional carriers. However, there are a few downsides to consider. The coverage may not be as extensive as some of the major carriers, so there might be occasional dead zones or weak signal areas. Additionally, customer support can be a bit lacking at times, with longer response times. Overall, Mint Mobile’s 15GB/month Phone Plan is a good option for a secondary phone, offering a decent amount of data and affordability, but it does have some limitations to be aware of.
Great Plan by Vasu
At times of high mobile costs, this is a great deal (particularly for tourists/short term users). Speeds are good, ie wherever TMob speeds are good, and installation is easy with most current phones able to auto detect the settings. Able to get 5G easily (though photo attached is at 4G speed).
Cheap, but slow by MKMK
Mint mobile is cheap, and that’s about the best feature it has. Even though it uses T-Mobile network, speed and coverage is much worse than T-Mobile. There’s heavy deprioritization happening. I would barely get 20Mbps down and 2Mbps up if I’m lucky to get a signal. Mind you this is on a brand new 5G capable phone. Oh get this. You get the same speed on 5G because of the deprioritization. lol
Easy setup but check phone compatibility
Had to check many other reviews and sites to make sure the phone model would work with Mint service. However calling customer service to help set up with a Google Pixel was quick and helpful, and so far the connection is reliable.
