To activate your Metropcs New Phone with Old Sim Card, through the Online Activation Tool. Existing customers need to activate new lines by visiting a Metro by T-Mobile store or by calling Customer Care at 1-888-8metro8.

Unfortunately, current clients can’t get any help through the Online Activation Tool. Customers who already have an account with Metro by T-Mobile can add additional lines by visiting a shop or dialling 1-888-8metro8.

To activate your MetroPCS (T-Mobile) SIM card, follow these steps:

  • Finish Activation:

2. Activate Your MetroPCS SIM by Phone
