Why do I need to provide credit card details for a free trial?

Kayo requires credit card details for your free trial as a pre-authorisation to validate your card.

Note: Updating new credit card details will automatically update any subscription you have with Hubbl. This means if you also have an active BINGE, Flash or LifeStyle subscription, your credit card details will automatically update for each subscription.

Why was I charged $1 during my free trial?

Some financial institutions temporarily place a small $1 pre-authorisation on your card as part of their card validation process. This is not a charge from Kayo and the $1 amount will be released by your financial institution, usually within 14 days.
