There is a major contractor transition happening in 2025 that affects where you log in.

TRICARE East (Humana Military): Use the link above. This covers the eastern US (e.g., FL, GA, TX, OH, etc.).

TRICARE West (TriWest): If you are treating patients in the West Region, Humana Military is no longer your contractor as of 2025. You must use the Availity Essentials portal for TriWest.

3. Common Login Issues & Fixes
