Here’s how to use the CM Helpline Portal IIPGCMS:
1. Access the Portal:
- Go to the official website: https://cmhelpline.tnega.org/portal/en/home
2. Register or Login:
- If you’re a new user, click on “Sign Up” and provide your mobile number or email ID. Create user credentials if using your email ID
- If you’re an existing user, click on “Sign In” and enter your mobile number/OTP or your user credentials.
3. File a Grievance:
- Once logged in, click on the “File a Grievance” button.
- Fill out the form with the following details:
- Grievance Details: Describe your grievance clearly and concisely. Provide all relevant information like dates, locations, names, etc.
- Personal Details: Enter your name, address, contact number, and email ID.
- Supporting Documents: If applicable, upload any supporting documents related to your grievance.
4. Submit and Track:
- After filling the form, click on the “Submit” button.
- You will receive an acknowledgment message with a unique grievance ID. Use this ID to track the status of your grievance.
- You can track your grievance by logging into the portal and clicking on “Track Grievance.”

Steps for Availing Services
Login into CM Helpline portal
Login into CM Helpline portal using your phone number. Enter the OTP to login.
Enter your Grievance
Click on “File a Grievance”. Describe your grievance and other details in the form.
Submit The Form
Submit the form. You would receive an acknowledgement message with your unique grievance ID. You can use it to track your grievance.
Track Your Grievance
You will be sent key updates. You may track your grievance yourself from the CM Helpline Portal under the “My Dashboard” tab.
Apply for E-Pass Online : TN E-Pass Status Check Online
1. Open the website https://tnepass.tnega.org/#/user/pass
2. Click Apply Epass on the Top Right Corner.
3. You have to enter the Phone Number and Generate One Time Password. It will be received for registration.
4. Enter the OTP you received and you will enter the next Page.
5. There you have to enter your name, Date of Birth, Gender, City and Postal Address.
6. You have to accept the declaration and then Submit.
7. Please note the Epass ID for your future Reference.
