To use your Victoria Secret Gift Card or eGift card, towards an online purchase, enter the card number and PIN in the payment section at www.victoriassecret.com/gifts/gift-cards.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be redeemed for merchandise only and cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card. A credit card is required for any balance due after your Gift Card has been applied. Any unused balances will remain for future orders. In the event backordered items are canceled and a portion of, or all, of your Gift Card amount is being held for payment, that amount will be refunded.
How do I redeem a Gift Card?

When redeeming a Gift Card or eGift Card, keep the following in mind:
- Cardmember Rewards and Birthday Rewards are redeemed as Offer Codes, not as Gift Cards.
- Your PIN is located under the scratch-off silver bar.
- Victoria’s Secret Gift Cards purchased on this site are redeemable online (U.S. only) or in any Victoria’s Secret store located in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
- You won’t need a credit card if the gift card balance covers the entire total.
- Any unused balance will remain on your gift card.
- Up to 10 gift cards may be used per order.
Due to currency conversion limitations, a gift card purchased in a store outside of the United States must be redeemed in a store located in the same country.
How do I make a gift return?
We offer several options to return your gift. Choose the options that works best for you below:
STORE PURCHASE:-
Gifts purchased at a Victoria’s Secret Store must be returned to a store. If you’re not sure where the merchandise was purchased, check with your local store.
ONLINE PURCHASE:-
Bring your item(s) and your order invoice to a store near you and we will gladly accept your return. Our store associate will then mail your return back. Please allow 21 business days for our Distribution Center to receive and process your return. If you no longer have the invoice or did not receive one, you will receive the current selling price based on the specific product(s) returned. At this time, returns can only be accepted at stores in the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
RETURN BY MAIL:-
Print a Return Form and complete using your information. Then, follow our Return by Mail Instructions. Please allow 21 business days from the time you mailed it back for us to receive and process your return. Be sure to write down the return tracking number so you can check the progress of your return.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Gift returns will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Card that can be used for in-store and online purchases. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustments due to returns and cancellations. If you do not have a receipt or the invoice from the original purchase, you will receive the current selling price based on the specific product(s) returned.
EXCLUSIONS: We are unable to accept items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed. Price tags are not always included with online purchase and, therefore, are not required.

When redeeming a Gift Card or eGift Card, keep the following in mind:
- Cardmember Rewards and Birthday Rewards are entered as Offer Codes in Checkout, not as Gift Cards.
- eGift Cards may not be purchased or redeemed on orders shipping outside of the U.S.
- Victoria’s Secret Gift Cards purchased on this site are redeemable on phone orders shipping within the United States, online at VictoriasSecret.com (within the U.S.) or in any U.S. and Puerto Rico Victoria’s Secret store.
- To redeem in a U.S. or Puerto Rico store, print a copy of your eGift card or display the eGift card from your mobile device for our cashier.
- You won’t need a credit card if the gift card balance covers the entire total.
- Any unused balance will remain on your gift card.
