1. If you signed up directly through ESPN:

  • Follow the on-screen instructions: This will usually involve confirming your subscription and entering payment information if you haven’t already.

3. If you signed up through Hulu:

  • Go to your Hulu account page: You can usually find this by clicking on your profile icon.
  • Look for the ESPN+ section: There should be a link or button to activate ESPN+.
  • Follow the instructions: You’ll likely be asked to enter the same login information you use for Hulu.

4. If you signed up through the Disney Bundle:

  • You might need to activate Hulu first: If you purchased the Disney Bundle through Disney+, you’ll need to activate your Hulu account before you can activate ESPN+. Follow the instructions in your Disney+ account or email to do this.
  • Then, activate ESPN+ through Hulu: Follow the steps above for activating through Hulu.

Xfinity Flex and X1 TV Box: How to link your subscription and watch

Follow the steps below to locate ESPN+ on your Xfinity Flex or X1 TV Box and get started watching. You’ll need a subscription to access ESPN+ content. If you don’t have an ESPN+ subscription, sign up on our site or your Xfinity device.

  1. Press the Xfinity button on your device remote
  2. Select Apps
  3. Select Video, then scroll and select the ESPN app
    • Alternatively, you can also give the voice command “ESPN App” into an Xfinity Voice Remote to open the app
  4. Select Get ESPN+ and select the plan for you — If you already have a subscription, select Log In under the plan options
  5. Go to http://espn.com/activate on your computer or mobile browser and enter the activation code you see on your Xfinity device
  6. Click Continue
  7. Log In to your existing ESPN account*
