Open the web browser (Mozilla Firefox/Google chrome) on your computer/mobile and type https://hckrecruitment.keralacourts.in in the address bar to open the recruitment portal of the High Court of Kerala.

This module is exclusive for Employees of High Court of kerala to Register and Apply for In-service examinations Judicial Test (Higher) and Office Procedure Test.

From June 5th, 2024, to July 2nd, 2024, interested parties can submit their applications for openings in the Kerala High Court. In order to prevent login failures caused by heavy traffic, the court has instructed candidates to apply well in advance of the deadline.

Interviews and objective-type written examinations will determine which candidates move on to the direct recruiting phase. The wage range for the selected candidates will be between ₹23,000 to ₹50,200 per month.

One Time Registration for In-service Examinations in High Court of Kerala

1. Open the web browser (Mozilla Firefox/Google chrome) on your computer/mobile and type https://hckrecruitment.keralacourts.in in the address bar to open the recruitment portal of the High Court of Kerala.

2. Click on the link ‘JTH/OPT LOGIN’ under the heading ‘In Service Examination Only for Employees of High Court of Kerala’ in the Home Page of the web portal. The LOGIN page will open.

3. Click Register Now. The Registration form will appear.

4. Enter your Name, PEN, Date of Birth, Gender, Mobile No. and email id.

5. Answer ‘Are you a High Court Employee’ accordingly (Only a High court employee can Register for In-Service Examination.)

6. Click verify.

7. If you are not a High Court employee OR If your PEN and Date of Birth are not matching with the High Court records, an error message will be displayed.

8. If the details are correct then an OTP will be received to your Mobile number provided.

• Enter the OTP

9. Create your password. The Password should be minimum of 8 characters with alpha-numeric [Aa- Zz,0-9,@ ! % ? &]. Please do not use any special characters other than @ ! % ? &

10. Click Register.

11. Success message for Registration will be displayed on the screen.

12. Login with your PEN and Password

13. Click ‘My Profile’ in left menu pane.

14. Furnish Service Details and Address.

15. Upload your Photograph and Signature

16. Click Submit.

17. Success message for updating Profile will be displayed on the screen.

OFFICE PROCEDURE TEST

The High Court Office Procedure Test is conducting for the members of the High Court Service as prescribed in the Kerala High Court Service Rules, 2007. Please follow the step-by-step instructions to apply for Office Procedure Test.

1. Log in with your PEN and Password

2. Click Dashboard

3. In service examinations will be displayed

4. Click Apply on Office Procedure Test.

5. Notification page will appear.

6. Click Apply Now.

7. Preview of Application for Office Procedure Test will be displayed

8. Ensure the details provided are correct, no updation will be possible after the submission of Application.

9. Enter Place and click Confirm &Submit.

10. A confirmation message will pop up.

10. Click OK to submit.

11. A Success message will be displayed.

12.Application can be downloaded in pdf format from the Notification page.

13. Click view Application to download the Application for Office procedure Test.
