2023 HSC students

- Check your name:
- Your name shown in Students Online is what you see on your certificates.
- Update your email address to a personal one you have easy access to.
- Check your postal address is correct so you can receive your HSC Testamur.
VET students
2023 VET Certificates and Statements of Attainment will be available for download from 15 December 2023. Your credential may be provided earlier on request by your school Principal.
2022 VET Certificates and Statements of Attainment are no longer available for download.
2023 Year 10 & 11 students

2022 and pre-2022 HSC students and student leavers
- Your access to Students Online is no longer available
- If you did not download your credentials, or you have misplaced it, you will need to order a replacement certificate.
Students with access to Students Online
Once you have logged into Students Online:
- check your confirmation of entry to ensure your name, courses, address, email and phone number are correct
- inform your school of any name changes or course concerns.
You can change your address, email and phone number in the Personal Details section.
