How To Use Ultimate Gift Card Online
To redeem your Physical or eGift Ultimate Gift Card online. Visit a participating retailer’s web store, add desired products to cart, and click checkout.
Your Ultimate Gift Card works the same as a Visa debit card.
To redeem your Physical Ultimate Gift Card in-store:
- Simply present your Ultimate gift card at a participating retailers store
- Swipe the card through the terminal. Select “CREDIT,” and enter the PIN that is under the scratch panel on the back of the Gift Card.
If your purchase is larger than your card balance, ask the cashier to swipe the gift card for the exact amount available on the card. Then pay the remaining balance with cash or another form of payment.
HOW DO I USE MY ULTIMATE EGIFT CARD IN-STORE?
Your Ultimate eGift Card works the same as a Visa debit card.
It can be used in-store, online, added to mobile wallet and exchanged for an eGift card. Please refer to All Retailers page as functionalities may not be available for certain retailers.
To redeem your Ultimate eGift Card in-store:

To use your Ultimate eGift Card at a participating retailer, simply tap your eGift Card from your Mobile Wallet on their EFTPOS/VISA machine to make a contactless payment.
If the value of the purchase is more than the amount of the gift card, you can supplement the additional value with cash or another payment method that is accepted by the merchant.
IN-STORE SHOPPING WITH ULTIMATE EGIFT CARD
Shop in-store with your eGift Card
To redeem your Ultimate eGift Card in-store, you need to add the eGift to your Mobile Wallet and simply tap your Mobile Wallet on their EFTPOS/VISA machine to make a contactless payment.
To add your Ultimate eGift Card to your Mobile Wallet, follow the below steps:
- Click on the eGift link sent to your email.
- Fill out the registration form to activate your eGift.
- Go to the Wallet app on your mobile device.
- Click on the plus (+) icon.
- Select Debit or Credit card on the next screen.
- Enter your card details from your eGift.
- Your card has now been added to your mobile wallet.

ONLINE SHOPPING
Shop online with your Physical or eGift Card
Your Ultimate Gift Card works the same as a Visa debit card.
To redeem your Physical or eGift Ultimate Gift Card online:
- Visit a participating retailer’s web store, add desired products to cart, and click checkout.
- On the payment page, simply enter your card details in the debit/credit card section (not the gift card section)
- Enter the card number, CVV, Expiry Date/Valid Thru, and name as the cardholder to complete the online sale.
Physical Cards

Digital Cards
The expiry date is located in the card detail section of your eGift below the PIN number.
Online merchants cannot accept split payments (the combination of an Ultimate Card and a Credit Card), so the amount of the purchase needs to be less or equal to the value of the card. We suggest keeping your purchase to your gift card value or exchanging your card for a merchant eGift card.
EXCHANGE FOR AN EGIFT CARD
You can now exchange your Ultimate Gift card for an eGift of a participating retailer.
To exchange your Ultimate Gift Card:
- Click on the Exchange Card Button or visit exchangeyourcard.com.au
- On the next page, the card number, CVV, and Expiry Date/Valid Thru and click Redeem.
- Divide your gift funds as you wish, choose one or more of the participating retailers in the catalogue, add to basket and checkout.
- Receive your chosen eGifts directly into your email (if you can’t see it, don’t forget to check your junk mail)
- Go shopping! Many eGifts can be used online or in-store.
