How To Refund Fortnite Skins | Epic Games
It’s frustrating to buy a Fortnite skin and then decide you don’t want it! Luckily, Epic Games offers a couple of ways to get a refund:
1. Using Return Tickets:
What they are: Every Fortnite account gets 3 Return Tickets.
How they work: You can use a Return Ticket to refund almost any item bought with V-Bucks from the Item Shop (except Battle Passes, Battle Bundles, and Founder’s Packs).
Time limit: You can only refund items purchased within the last 30 days.
How to use them:
- Open Fortnite and go to the Main Menu.
- Click on the Settings icon (it looks like a gear).
- Go to Support and Refunds.
- Click on Return or Cancel Purchase.
- Find the item you want to refund and click Use Return Ticket.
- Confirm your choice.
2. Cancelling a Purchase:
- How it works: If you haven’t used the item in a match and it’s been less than 24 hours since you bought it, you can cancel the purchase without using a Return Ticket.
- How to do it: Follow the same steps as above for using a Return Ticket, but instead of clicking “Use Return Ticket”, you’ll see an option to cancel the purchase.

Important Notes:
- You get a new Return Ticket every year (as long as you have less than 3).
- Be careful! Once you use a Return Ticket, you can’t get the item back.
- If you bought something outside of the Epic Games Store (like on your console’s store), you’ll need to follow that store’s refund policy.
