How To Activate Sephora Gift Card
If you purchased an eGift Card or a Sephora Collection Gift Card at one of our Sephora stores or on our website, you do not need to activate it!
With the Sephora Visa® or Sephora Credit Card you will earn 4% back in Reward Dollars for each $1 of Net Eligible Purchases made at Sephora U.S. stores (excluding Puerto Rico, Canada and Sephora inside JCPenney retail stores) or at www.sephora.com.
Sephora Gift Card Activation
In the Sephora online store, select the desired items and add them to your cart;
During checkout, select Add gift card in the Payment section;
Enter the card’s code, security PIN and select Apply.
To login into Sephora Credit Card, go to www.sephora.com. You can view your Sephora Credit Card rewards balance on your Account Statement each month, or check your balance anytime.
You can visit your nearest Sephora store to apply. You can also apply on your mobile device with the Sephora App or Online at sephora.com/creditcard

What is the difference between the Sephora Credit Card and the Sephora Visa Credit Cards?
The Sephora Credit Card can be used to make purchases at Sephora stores and at www.sephora.com only. Once approved, you will earn 4% back in rewards on every $1 spent at Sephora U.S. stores (excluding Canada and Sephora departments inside of other retailer stores) or at www.sephora.com
The Sephora Visa Credit Card can be used to make purchases anywhere Visa is accepted. Once approved, you will earn 4% back on every $1 spent in Sephora U.S. stores (excluding Canada and Sephora departments inside of other retailer stores) or at www.sephora.com, AND 1% back in rewards on spend everywhere else Visa is accepted.
The Sephora Visa Signature Credit Card is the same as the Sephora Visa Credit Card but with added Visa Signature benefits, such as Visa Concierge, Roadside Dispatch, and Visa Signature travel.
Who can apply for the Sephora Credit Card Program?
Applicants must be at the age of majority (18-21) in your state or territory. Have a valid government-issued photo ID. Have a valid government issued tax identification number such as a SSN or SIN. Have a valid street or mailing address. PO Box mailing addresses will not be accepted.

How to Check My Gift Card, eGift Card or Store Merchandise Credit Balance
There are four ways to check your Gift Card or eGift Card balance:
1. Online at sephora.com or sephora.ca: Sign in to your Account. From the Account Information page, locate the Payments & Credits section. Enter your card number and PIN and click on “check” to check your balance on the gift card or eGift card.
2. Online or on the Sephora app: Click here to check your gift card or eGift Card balance.
3. By phone: Call 1-888-860-7897 to check the balance on a Gift Card or eGift Card.
4. In Store: If you have the physical card, a printout or have the eGift Card on your mobile device, a Beauty Advisor can check the balance on your gift card or eGift Card for US and Canada stores.
The balance of a Store Merchandise Credit can only be checked in person at a Sephora store.
Your gift card balance is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the balance adjustment is delayed.
Do not attempt to check your balance through any third-party sites. Such third-party sites are likely to be scams, and use of them may result in the theft of your gift card, eGift Card, store merchandise credit, and/or potentially other personal information.
