How the Nordstrom Credit Card Works
A Nordstrom Visa credit card can be used to make purchases anywhere in the world that Visa credit cards are accepted. Once approved, Influencers will earn 2 points on every $1 net spend on qualifying items.
The Nordy Club is the Nordstrom rewards program, giving you rewards, fashion access, exclusive services and amazing experiences. Nordy Club members also earn points that add up to Nordstrom Notes that can be redeemed toward purchases of qualifying items in stores or online at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Nordstrom Local and Nordstrom Trunk Club.
Membership in The Nordy Club is available to any United States resident who is eighteen (18) years old and provides valid and accurate personal information when joining.

How do I join?
You can join online or in stores. Click here to join online. Ask any salesperson to join in stores.
There are two types of members in The Nordy Club—those who have a Nordstrom credit or debit card (cardmembers) and those who don’t. How do I Activate nordstromcard.com?
1. On nordstromcard.com, click Sign Up Now. Be sure to have your Nordstrom card on hand. Enter the requested information and click Continue.
2. Choose a username, password and email address, then click Continue
3. Select three security questions and provide unique answers for each, then click Continue
4. Within a few minutes, an email will be sent to the email address you provided. Click on the Confirm Your Enrollment link to complete your enrollment.
The security of your Nordstrom card account is extremely important to us. Security questions are crucial to identifying you as the true owner of your account and to help prevent others from gaining access. If the computer or device(s) from which you’re signing in isn’t recognized, you’ll be asked for the answers to your security questions before being allowed access.
If you’re signing in from a home computer or personal device, you can select Remember my personal device
to skip the security questions for future logins. You’ll always have to provide a valid username and password.

What are my benefits and rewards?
Rewards come in the form of points and Nordstrom Notes. All members will earn 1 point per $1 net spend on qualifying items that will convert to a Nordstrom Note when you earn a certain number of points. Certain Nordstrom cardmembers will receive extra points per $1 net spend on qualifying items depending on their Nordy Club status and the type of card they have. Benefits include services and access to special events. Eligibility for these services and events may depend on your Nordy Club status and membership category. For example, Ambassador and Icon members are eligible for Nordstrom to You (In-Home Stylist), but Influencers are not. Availability of the events may depend on store location, item quantity and seating availability. For example, Same-Day Delivery is only available in New York City for Icon members and other events may have limited seating. Other restrictions may apply to each. How do I download your mobile app?
The nordstromcard.com site has a mobile version, so there’s no need for an app. Simply go to nordstromcard.com via the internet browser on your phone or tablet. All the same online services are available to you anywhere, anytime.
Things To Know
- Activation will apply to all cards on the account.
- Activation will cause your old cards to deactivate, and you should destroy any deactivated cards for your protection.
- If you have a Nordstrom Visa® credit card, be sure to update your card information wherever it might be stored for purchasing and bill payments.
- If you use Nordstrom AutoPay to take care of your Nordstrom bill, there’s no need to take any action–your current settings will automatically apply to your new card.
