How do I subscribe to Kayo? What are my subscription options on Kayo?

We’ve made signing up to Kayo as easy as possible. You can visit kayosports.com.au and choose one of the following options:

• Start your 14 day free trial: For new Kayo customers only
• Sign In: For existing or returning Kayo customers
• Got a voucher?: If you have a Kayo voucher, enter it here to start the sign up process

Note: If you are attempting to create a new subscription with details that have been used for a previous Kayo, BINGE or Flash subscription, you will receive an error. Instead, first Sign In with your existing credentials before following the prompts to subscribe. For more information click here.

Trying to sign up via another device?

Try subscribing to Kayo via one of the device types listed above. If your device isn’t listed here, it most likely means the sign up journey isn’t supported on that particular device.

Trying to sign up via the Kayo app?

At this stage, unless you are using iOS and have an Apple account you’ll need to sign up to Kayo using a web browser. If you have downloaded the app and are unable to find our sign up page, follow these steps:

1. Close the Kayo app
2. Head to a web browser and type the URL www.kayosports.com.au
3. Follow the steps outlined in this article
4. Once you’ve signed up to Kayo, re-open the Kayo app, login and start streaming

2. On the Kayo homepage, you’ll see the two available subscriptions to choose from
3. Select the subscription for you (Basic or Premium)
4. Enter your personal details
   • At this stage of the sign-up, you’ll be sent a verification code to the mobile number you provided, which you will need to enter to continue
5. Enter your payment details
   • Note: If you’ve selected a free trial and are wondering why you still need to enter your payment details, click here to find out why
6. Now your account is active, it’s time to start setting up and personalising your profile, or skipping straight to the action
7. Welcome to Kayo!

Android: 7+

1. If you’re using an Android device, you’ll need to head to Kayo on your compatible mobile browser
2. On the Kayo homepage, you’ll see the available subscriptions to choose from
3. Select the subscription for you (Basic or Premium)
4. Enter your personal details
   • At this stage of the sign-up, you’ll be sent a verification code to the mobile number you provided, which you will need to enter to continue
5. Enter your payment details

6. Now your account is active, it’s time to download the Kayo app!

1. If you’re using an iOS device, you’ll need to head to Kayo on your compatible mobile browser

6. Now your account is active, it’s time to download the Kayo app!
7. Welcome to Kayo!

Trying to sign up via the App Store?

1. Open the App Store
2. Download the Kayo app
3. Follow the sign-up process of Kayo
4. An Apple confirmation screen will appear, here’s where you confirm the subscription
5. Apple will send a subscription confirmation email to the address linked with your Apple account
6. Kayo will auto-renew monthly from the date of sign up
7. Apple will send subscription renewal emails each month

Apple TV

1. To subscribe to Kayo on your Apple TV, you’ll need to make sure you’ve got the Kayo app downloaded on your Apple TV
2. Open the Kayo app and select ‘Start Subscription’ to create an account
3. Select the subscription for you (Basic or Premium)
4. Enter your personal details
   • At this stage of the sign-up, you’ll be sent a verification code to the mobile number you provided
5. Enter your verification code and confirm your subscription with Kayo
   Note: You may need to log in with your Apple ID at this state
6. Apple will process your Kayo subscription and you’ll see a welcome page. You’ll now be able to set up your Kayo profile and start streaming

Telstra  TV

1. To subscribe to Kayo on your Telstra TV, ensure you have the Kayo app downloaded
2. Open the Kayo app and select ‘Join Now’ to create an account
3. Select your preferred subscription type
   Note: If you are eligible for a Telstra offer with Kayo, both subscriptions will already be discounted here
4. Enter your personal details
   1. At this stage of the sign-up, you’ll be sent a verification code to the mobile number you provided
5. Follow the prompts to accept the Telstra terms & conditions and Pay with Telstra payment method
6. Accept the Kayo terms & conditions
7. Now your account is active, welcome to Kayo!
