You can link your HIDIVE Free Account to your TV Console Apps by login on to webpage https://www.hidive.com/linkdevice and entering the Code shown on the TV.
HIDIVE is a new anime streaming service built with the needs of anime fans in mind. Currently offering a curated and growing catalog of some of the most iconic anime and live action titles of the past and present, HIDIVE provides a unique streaming experience to a global viewing audience. You can log into as many devices as you like with your member username, however, you are entitled to two concurrent streams.

How do I link my Account to your TV Console Apps?
Most of our TV Console apps, Apple TV, Roku and Android TVs have a very similar Connect Device feature. Here is generally how they work:-
- Download the HIDIVE app on your desired platform.
- Launch the App.
- Select the “Connect Device” option (Or if the code is visible on screen, you do not need to do this).
- Using your Mobile Device or Web Browser navigate to the following link: https://www.hidive.com/linkdevice
- From this page follow the instructions
- If you are logged into HIDIVE already on your Web Browser: Enter the Code shown on the TV. You may need to refresh the code if it has been a few minutes.
- If you are not logged into HIDIVE: Enter your Username, Password and Code shown on the TV. You may need to refresh the code if it has been a few minutes.
- Click Submit/Login.
- When Successful the App will automatically link your account to your device, and Prompt you to select your profile.
What devices can I stream from?
- We support Chromecast for Wi-Fi enabled Android 4.1 or later smartphones and tablets and for iPhones and iPads with versions iOS 11.0 and up.

What devices can I stream to?
- Chromecast receiver devices (Gen 1, Gen2, and Ultra).
- TVs with built in Chromecast. Supported TVs can be found here.
Resolution
- Currently Chromecast will stream shows and movies in resolutions up to 1080p
Supported Regions
- There are no region restrictions. However, Chromecast will not work if you have a VPN enabled
Subtitles and Audio
- Chromecasts supports yellow subtitles only, alternative audio (dubbing, other languages).
How can I cancel my HIDIVE membership?
To cancel your HIDIVE membership, sign into your account. From your primary profile, navigate to My Account settings and follow the prompts to cancel. If you need assistance, please contact HIDIVE Support.
Note
If you are a premium member and you cancel your account, your membership will be active until the end of your billing cycle
If you are a free trial customer you will immediately lose access to HIDIVE premium services
How do I rate a show on HIDIVE?
Step 1: If you are a subscriber, log into your account and choose a profile
Step 2: Choose a show. Any show. Now click on the graphic
Step 3: Click on the title of your chosen show
Step 4: See those stars underneath the show title? Click on a star to rate it from 1-5
