Hero Fincorp Online Payment Status

Now you can pay your Hero Fincorp Online payment through 3 easy steps. Enter your LAN ID or App ID. Confirm your loan account details and total due amount. Select Payment mode and make payment.

You don’t have to create any account. You need either Hero Fincorp Loan Application Id (App ID) or Loan Account Number (LAN) to initiate the payment process.

You can pay through below three options:-

1. Debit Card

2. Net Banking

3. UPI (United Payment Interface)

After the transaction, the customer can download and/or print the receipt of the transaction.

How to Pay Loan EMI Through Paytm?

When making your loan EMI payment via Paytm, you can do that directly from the Paytm app or visit the Hero FinCorp website. If you want to pay loan EMI via the Paytm platform, these are the steps to follow:

Step 1: Download the Paytm app on your mobile phone if you don’t have one already.

Step 2: Login to your Paytm account using your username and password.

Step 3: Enter the OTP you receive on your registered mobile number.

Step 4: In the search box, search for Pay Loan EMI.

Step 5: Click the Pay Loan EMI icon.

Step 6: Select Hero FinCorp from the list of lending institutions that appear. Searching for Hero FinCorp in the search box will make the process faster and easier.

Step 7: Select a loan payment mode by selecting one of the options from your Application ID or Loan Account Number.

Step 8: Enter your Application ID if you select that option and your Loan Account Number if you choose the other.

Step 9: Your loan account details, and the due EMI amount will appear on the screen

Step 10: Add money to your Paytm wallet or use UPI to pay your EMI online via Paytm

You can use your net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI to pay loan EMI online. Once you pay an EMI through Paytm, the platform will save your details and send you a reminder every time the EMI is due. You don’t need to enter the details each time you pay a loan EMI using the Paytm app.

How to Pay Loan EMI through the Hero FinCorp Website?

Besides the Paytm app, you can also make your loan EMI payment via Paytm through the Hero FinCorp website. Follow these steps to learn how to pay EMI online using this method:

Step 1: Visit the Hero FinCorp official website.

Step 2: Hover your mouse over the ‘Customer Section’ at the top of the home page.

Step 3: A pop-up window will appear, from where you must select ‘Retail’ or ‘Corporate’.

Step 4: Select ‘Retail’ and click on the ‘Pay Online’ button.

Step 5: You will see various payment modes to pay your EMI online, including e-wallet, net banking, cash card, debit card, and UPI.

Step 6: Select e-wallet, click on Paytm, and hit the ‘Pay Now’ button at the bottom.

Step 7: You will be redirected to your Paytm platform. From here, you can continue following the steps to pay loan EMI via Paytm.

After making the payment, you will receive confirmation on your registered mobile number and email address. You can download the receipt from the ‘My Orders’ tab.

Notably, you can use Paytm to make EMI payments for any loan, including Mortgage Loans, Business Loans, Used Car Loans, Two-Wheeler loans, Loan Against Property, and Instant Personal Loans

My money has been debited but the transaction has failed or my transaction fails mid-way what do I do?

How long will it take for a refunded transaction to reach my account?

A. The time taken for refund depends on the instrument used for making the payment. For transactions paid using Debit Card or Net Banking, the refund should reflect in your account in approximately 2-3 days. In case of UPI it may take up to 3-4 days.
