FSMOne will activate your investment account within the same business day of your application (excluded non-business day and public holiday). Account application during non-business day or public holiday will be approved on the next business day.
Upon activation, you will receive a SMS notification, and a verification link will be sent to your registered email. Please login to your email and click on the verification link.
Once your email is verified, you may login to your FSMOne account using your self-created login ID and password.
Before you begin, kindly ensure that you have the following soft copy of documents ready:
1. A copy of NRIC; and
2. A copy of supporting documents. We accept any ONE of these: driving license, bank statement (View sample), utility bill (View sample), or EPF statement (View sample).
You are required to open a Personal Account before you can open beneficiary accounts. Once your Personal Account has been activated, you may login to your account and click on Personal tab and select “Open Additional Account” to open a Beneficiary Account.

How much money do I need to start investing?
Generally, most of the funds on our platform requires a minimum initial investment sum of MYR 1,000.00.
