Four Skull Lookout Activate Pedestal : Four Skull Lookout Skyrim Location
In the direction northeast of Rebel’s Retreat is a ruin known as Four Skull Lookout. In the midst of Namira’s perversions, Reach Captives can be found here. Southeast of the couch sits a table with a copy of The Crown of Freydis on it. East of the rite, you’ll find a chest. The southwest of here contains a bulky bag. The stone building up north has a kitchen with a cooking fire. There is a chest that can spawn beside the stone pillar in front of the barrow to the north of where the Ghostsong is performing its ritual. As part of Namira’s Perversions, three Reach Captives show up here.

Trouble in Skyrim
A group of bandits has been causing trouble in The Reach. The Dragonborn has been asked to clear Four Skull Lookout.
As soon as your Destruction skill hits 100, Faralda at the College of Winterhold will assign you this mission. Successfully completing this quest will allow you to buy Blizzard and Lightning Storm from Faralda, as well as give you access to the Fire Storm Tome. These are the only Death Spells at the Master Level.
In Skyrim, the most potent Destruction spells are not found in the standard game but rather in the Creation Club or Anniversary Edition. Elemental Flare and other such seemingly broken spells are used by the most dedicated mages due to their low mana cost and great damage output. Mages in Skyrim typically rely on destructive spells to deliver damage, but it’s important not to waste time (or coin) studying spells that aren’t useful. On the other hand, some spells are well worth the extra effort.
