To Register and Login Forever 21 Credit Card account, go to www.forever21.in/Register_login and enter your Name, Mobile Number, Email Address and Date of Birth.
To apply for a Forever 21 Credit Card account you must meet the legal age requirements of your state or territory and have a U.S. mailing address including street, rural route or APO/FPO (we’re unable to accept P.O. Box mailing addresses).
To apply in-store, you must present a valid government issued photo ID. In-store and online applications also require a valid government-issued Taxpayer Identification Number, such as an SSN or SIN.
