HOW TO ACTIVATE OFFERS
You’re probably aware that you collect points just for shopping with our partners. But did you know you can collect way more points by activating Flybuys offers? Here’s how it’s done.
How to activate offers (before you shop)

Sign in to your Flybuys account on the website or app
Step 2
Head to the ‘Offers’ tab and see what offers are available to you. The number of offers will vary

Pro tip: check in regularly to take advantage of as many offers as possible. There are a bunch of different types of offers, but to keep things simple, it’s worth checking out our article on the three main types of offers. After all, knowledge is power
Step 3
Hit ‘Activate now’ on as many offers as you like. They’ll be added to the ‘Activated offers’ section. Remember, for offers to work, you’ve got to activate them before you shop. Make sure you keep an eye on when offers expire, so you don’t miss out. Activating all the offers available is a good way to go. There’s no limit.
Step 4
From there, all you need to do is remember to scan your card when you shop (or enter your Flybuys number at the online checkout). Left your Flybuys card at home? Don’t stress, you can scan the card directly from the app or upload it to your Google or Apple wallet and scan from there.
Step 5
Sit back and watch your points balance grow.
Tips and tricks
- Check back often to see what new offers are available to you.
- Activating all offers is a good option.
- You can’t activate offers after the fact, so make sure you’ve already activated them before you shop.

How do I register a temporary card?
- Select ‘Join now’ from the website or the Flybuys app
- Enter your email address and set a password and select Continue
- Enter your name and date of birth then select the I have a temporary card drop down. Enter the membership number and registration number from your temporary card. To get the points from your temporary card added to your registered account, you’ll need to add it at this step.
- Select Join Flybuys.
How do I order a Flybuys card?
Sign in to your Flybuys account and navigate to Account details. Select Replace card and confirm your postal address. You can choose which member needs a new card if you have multiple cardholders on your account.
How do I check how many Flybuys points I have?
Flybuys app:
Select the Home tab in the bottom-left hand corner of the app. View your points under your name.
Flybuys website:
Sign in to view your points balance in the top right-hand corner of the site next to your name. We’ll also show your points on any email we send you.
